Portofino Paella Dinner

Featuring Live Paella demonstration by

Jesus Alberto Rodriguez of La Vache Blanche

The Portofino has been tied to Spain and the Spanish cuisine by our owner, Pilar Micheli. She is Spanish born and came to the US in the ‘60’s. Joining with Sergio Micheli, they opened The Portofino in 1970. Along with her brothers Jesus and Feliciano Rodriguez, who were both very talented chefs working at the Portofino.

Now descendants of both the Michelis and the Rodriguez are serving you for a Paella Dinner.

Jesus Alberto Rodriguez and his wife Virginie are the owners of the Clifton farmer’s Market where they can be found during their season at La Vache Blanche and The Fruitful Forest
