Dance Academy of Virginia and the Napkin Network are joining forces for an afternoon of movement, nourishment, and community on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
Following the class, guests will enjoy a conversation over a lunch break with Jennifer Silverman, a performance and functional nutritionist, and Katherine Horrigan, Founder and CEO of the Dance Academy of Virginia. Together, they’ll tackle something every busy parent knows all too well: how to fuel your family well when the end-of-school-year chaos hits its peak – think back-to-back sports games, recitals, and the general beautiful madness of May.
