Whether your prom was fabulous fun or you’d like a do-over, this Prom is for YOU! Dance the night away with old friends or make new ones. Dress to impress for the photo booth and friendly dance contest!

Arlington Library Pride Prom 2026

(The main library will be closed during this special after-hours event.)

We’re here, we’re Queer, we’re going to Prom!
Special guests: The DC Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence will co-host this free and welcoming event.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase for adults 21 and over with identification.
All drink sales will benefit the Friends of the Arlington Public Library.
Free parking is available in the outdoor lot near the tennis courts; for car-free transportation options, see the library website.

🕯️’In Memory’ Table: Many of us have lost loved ones over the years. If you would like to honor someone special at Prom who has passed on, please feel free to bring a framed photo no larger than 5″ x 7″ to be placed on a small table in memory.
