A Free Experiential Workshop & Invitation to a 6-Week Mindfulness Course in Early 2027
Looking for a different kind of New Year intention?
What if, instead of adding more to your life, you began the year by learning how to be more present for?
Join us for an Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop—an opportunity to explore what mindfulness really is, experience a few simple practices, and learn how mindfulness can be woven into everyday life.
This workshop also serves as an introduction and information session for our upcoming 6-week mindfulness course, beginning in the second half of January 2027.
"Research increasingly shows that regular mindfulness practice can help reduce stress and anxiety, support emotional well-being, and strengthen aspects of attention and cognitive functioning."
You don't need more time. You need more presence.
Many people assume that practicing mindfulness means sitting for an hour every day, going on a retreat, or finding a quiet place away from the demands of everyday life.
It doesn't.
Mindfulness can begin with small, intentional moments of attention woven into the life you're already living—while driving, eating, walking, talking with someone, washing dishes, working or simply pausing for a breath.
These simple moments can help us step out of autopilot, slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and develop greater awareness of how we experience our thoughts, emotions, and daily lives.
At this workshop, we'll explore:
What mindfulness is—and what it isn't
The potential benefits of a regular mindfulness practice
Simple practices you can begin using right away as you bring mindfulness into ordinary daily activities
Why small moments of awareness can make a meaningful difference
What to expect from the upcoming 6-week mindfulness course
"I invite you to join me in learning this amazing practice, which will not only help you cultivate inner strength, but also change your life for the better. I know this firsthand as I’ve been practicing for decades. I have studied with the leading teachers and done many long retreats, the last one being in Feb-24 for a month. My personal practice has helped me tremendously through the ups and downs of a busy corporate life while raising two children." – Nevin
