APS families, take note: Arlington Public Schools has announced Tuesday, April 21, 2026, as a new day off, and Encore Stage & Studio is ready with a fun, flexible option for students in grades K–5.
Encore’s Holiday Mini Camp offers a full day of theatre games, creativity, and activities inspired by popular movies and themes, all in a supportive space where students can play, imagine, and make new friends. When school’s off, Encore’s on…onstage, that is!
Camp core hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Encore at Cherrydale United Methodist Church, 3701 Lorcom Lane, Arlington, VA 22207. The fee is $95, and Extended Care is available for an additional cost. Extended hours begin at 8:30am and through 5:30pm.
Encore is excited to offer this added camp day so families have a ready plan for APS’s newly announced day off, while students enjoy a day filled with creativity, confidence-building, and theatrical fun.
