Join us at Art House 7 for our workshop “Watercolor Pouring Workshop with Judie Gray” (Wed Aug. 28 – Thu Aug. 29, 10am-4pm, $240). Paint is applied to wet watercolor paper by pouring rather than using a brush. The results can enhance the way watercolor glows, and picks up light as it lands on objects.

St. Charles Early Childhood Education Center offers a play-based curriculum in a welcoming, Christ-centered environment. Our program focuses on screen free socio-emotional development and kindergarten readiness through hands-on and engaging activities. Our programs offer different schedules ranging from 7:30 am-5:30 pm for students, ages 2-5. We feature a full-day Jr. kindergarten class for older 4’s/5’s. Preseason is just around the corner, and Arlington Youth Football Club still has spots available for football players and cheerleaders ages 7-16 for this Fall’s season! The Arlington Admirals prides itself in creating a safe learning environment for young athletes to build their tackle football and cheerleading skills in order to prepare for high school.
A member of the Northern Virginia Youth Football League, our teams play clubs throughout the region from September to November. Practices begin August 5, and are five days a week for three weeks of preseason. Regular season practices then move to three days a week during the school year. Additionally, Arlington Youth Football Club is always seeking interested volunteers to coach both football and cheerleading.
