At a certain point a lot of guys realize their social life has narrowed more than they expected. Friends move away, people get pulled into work or relationships, and actually seeing the same guys regularly becomes rare.
That’s what led me to build an app called Choros here in DC.
The idea is simple. Instead of constantly meeting new people at one-off events, it’s structured so you start running into the same guys again over time, whether that’s grabbing a drink, trivia, or something low-key during the week.
So far we’ve hosted a few hundred activities around DC, Arlington, and Alexandria, and it’s been cool seeing guys who didn’t know each other before start forming real friendships.
