Wood & Iron Arlington is opening soon! We’re seeking an experienced General Manager / Operating Partner to lead the opening and long-term success of this new location.
This is more than a traditional GM role. We’re looking for a hospitality leader who wants true ownership, thrives in high-volume environments, and is excited to help grow a proven and expanding brand from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, people-focused, and passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and executing operational excellence every day. Experience opening restaurants, enforcing systems, and leading in fast-paced, high-volume settings is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Leading all daily restaurant operations with consistency and excellence
• Hiring, training, and developing a strong management and hourly team
• Driving sales while managing labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Creating a welcoming, energetic culture for both guests and staff
• Partnering closely with a team to execute the Wood & Iron vision
