Westover Day Returns for the 3rd year: A Celebration of Local Music, Food, and Community!
This family-friendly street festival is hosted by four civic associations (Highland Park – Overlee Knolls, Tara-Leeway-Heights, Leeway-Overlee & Westover Village) and the Cardinal Elementary PTA.
