The Arlington Historical Society is hosting Arlington HistoryFest 250, a free, one-day outdoor festival commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of our country. We are celebrating all 250 years of our country by featuring Arlington civic and service organizations, historic sites, live re-enactors, musical performances, historical storytelling, and more! The Virginia State Mobile Museum will also be on site. It’s a hands-on, interactive, and immersive “museum on wheels” that will bring key stories of Virginia’s history to life for visitors of all ages.
