September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month and we are hosting a FREE barre3 class (with an optional donation of $25 suggested) on Saturday, September 19th at 9AM. Join us to support awareness, strength, resilience, and honor everyone whose lives have been touched by this disease. Please bring a yoga mat and water, mid-range weights are optional.
