In honor of Global Running Day, DC Road Runners is bringing the mile to Arlington, VA. Join us for our annual mile time trials!
The event will consist of several dedicated mile heats, and we will be offering pace guidance for paces ranging from 10:00+ to a sub-5:00 pace.
The formal event start is at 7:00 pm, followed by a brief warm-up. The first heat will run at approximately 7:10 pm. Runners are encouraged to arrive early in order to find parking and to be able to add additional warm-up time as you would like.
This event is free and is open to club members and nonmembers alike.
