In this workshop, participants will have the chance to draw/paint their dreams or process the feelings they have through abstract painting!
Like true sip-n-paint fashion, this will be an evening of relaxed and casual painting as we share random dreams (sharing not required). Participants will sip and paint with minimal instructions. These automatic paintings are based on the captions (dream excerpts) but could also be quotations or short lines. All materials provided and free to attend!
Instructions
Write a short excerpt from your dreams or write its entirety, if you want.
Ask yourself: how did the dream make you feel?
Draw lines, shapes, or color that would compliment or inform the writing.
Make multiple small ones (postcard size) or a big one (around 8.5″ x 11″).
