On Saturday, September 6, 2025, over 200 dedicated McLean High School Band students will be out in the community from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. canvassing neighborhoods and performing at local shopping centers while collecting donations during this year’s Tag Day. Tag Day, the program’s largest, and perhaps oldest, fundraising event, helps the band purchase new instruments and uniforms, secure talented instructors and travel to and participate in competitions.
Please consider making a donation – whether it’s a financial donation or simply offering a warm welcome – when you see our young musicians out and about this weekend. Any amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated and will go a long way in ensuring the continued success of McLean High School’s nationally recognized music program.
