Visit the Arlington Historical Museum’s voting rights exhibit “From Barriers to Ballots” featuring artifacts and documents about Arlington’s voting history. Take the test everyone had to take in 1920 to prove they could vote. Use our voting booth to tell us what you think about voting today and cast your ballot into one of our two Ballot Boxes from the 1920s and 1930s. The Arlington Historical Museum is open every Sunday from 1–4 PM (Saturdays we’re open from 10 AM to 4 PM). Come for a fascinating look into the people, places, and moments that shaped our community. Whether you’re a history buff or just curious, there’s something here for you—because history is for everyone. Come explore, connect, and be inspired! Rediscover the past!
