Paella Dinner (The Portofino Restaurant)

Enjoy a Paella dinner and Spanish wines with our guest Chef, Jesus Rodriguez. The dinner will include some history and wine pairing information. Four course dinner gathers at 6:30pm.

Specially selected Spanish wine pairing to accompany each course.

Lentil and chorizo soup

Mixed mushrooms with poached egg

Seasonal vegetables with sofrito, tomatoes, white wine, with Spanish bomba rice, cooked in vegan saffron broth
