7:30pm – Phantom of the Universe

Fulldome planetarium movie

There are still many aspects of the universe that we don’t understand.

According to observations, there is far more mass in the universe than what we can see. We call this mysterious mass “dark matter”. But what is it? How does it work?

From following protons racing through the world’s largest particle collider to up-close views of the Big Bang and emergent cosmos, set out on a journey in search of dark matter.

There will be a short sky talk in the planetarium after the movie.
