Join us at Pentagon MMA on Saturday, August 9 from 2:00–4:00 PM for our special S.T.A.N.D.D. (Stop, Talk, Adapt, Negotiate, Defuse, Defend) against School Bullying Workshop – a FREE community event open to students ages 10 through 17.
In this interactive workshop, kids will learn how to recognize, prevent, and respond to bullying with both confidence and compassion. Through real-life scenarios and role-playing, we’ll share practical tools and simple self-defense techniques that help children stay safe, speak up, and stand strong for themselves and others.
This event is completely free, but space is limited – please register, arrive early and bring a friend!
