Victorian Heritage Day, Falls Church

Join volunteers from the Victorian Society at Falls Church for a fun and educational day in and around the Cherry Hill Farmhouse (1845), 312 Park Ave., Falls Church, VA 22046. There will be special exhibits and activities In recognition of the 150th anniversary of Falls Church’s charter as a town in 1875! The focus will be on the 1870s through 1890s, with costumed re-enactors, displays and demonstrations on period fashion, toys and games, schooling, shopping, dining, leisure, travel, music, and entertainment. Children’s activities will include coloring sheets, scavenger hunts, and more.
Adjacent to the Falls Church City Hall and Saturday Farmers’ Market (9 am – 12 noon). Free admission and nearby parking, including space in the Kaiser Permanente parking structure at Park and Maple Aves.
