Pouring is a watercolor technique where paint is applied to wet watercolor paper, by pouring rather than using a brush. Control is obtained by applying masking fluid to the paper creating a barrier for which the paint can be directed and tilting the paper helps create the blending of colors inviting unpredictable shapes and colors! The results can enhance the way watercolor glows, and picks up light as it lands on objects!
