Wellness Wednesdays – A Meditation Event: Present in Breath and Body

Catch the vibe of wellness every Wednesday at the Innovation Studio + Store. On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, the focus is on meditation and breathwork practices. Multi-varied in their offerings, details of upcoming events are listed below. These practices can connect you with your inner vision and a creative and an intuitive self, leading you to a flow state and the possibility for artistic outcomes.

Working with gentle movements, tapping, and breath work, we will explore how to soften the mind and become more present in the body. The practice will close with a meditation that leaves us uplifted, aligned, and clear.

No experience is necessary – just bring your curiosity.
