Wellness Wednesdays: Yoga

Join us for a feel-good flow to stretch, breathe, and reset midweek. Grab your journal, roll out your mat, and vibe with us for a 60-minute yoga session that ends with time to reflect with pencil and paper in hand.

Anastassia discovered yoga as part of her journey to cultivate better mental and physical health. She initially completed her initial Yoga Teacher Training to gain a deeper understanding of the practice, but realized that she loved teaching and supporting others. She believes that yoga mirrors daily life, and she hopes to help her students cultivate strength, resilience and flexibility in both.

Participants should bring their own mat, water bottle, and a journal. No late entry
