Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) announces newly signed Washington Workplace to its recently renovated The Offices at The Village at Shirlington (The Offices), located at 2700 South Quincy Street in Arlington, Virginia.
Washington Workplace will relocate from 2300 South Ninth Street in the Penrose community of Arlington into a 2,200-square-foot space on December 1. The move is part of a larger strategy, according to company president John Murphy.

In additional to traditional office space, the building, located in the heart of The Village at Shirlington, is offering fully furnished spec suites available for immediate occupancy beginning in November 2022. The Offices feature direct access to I-395 and are conveniently located five minutes away from National Landing and Amazon’s HQ2, 10 minutes away from Washington, DC, with direct access to the WO&D Trail and public transportation.
