Debuts Move-in Ready, Premium Spec Suites at The Offices at The Village at Shirlington in Arlington, Virginia

Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE:FRT) announces newly signed Washington Workplace to its recently renovated The Offices at The Village at Shirlington (The Offices), located at 2700 South Quincy Street in Arlington, Virginia.

Washington Workplace will relocate from 2300 South Ninth Street in the Penrose community of Arlington into a 2,200-square-foot space on December 1. The move is part of a larger strategy, according to company president John Murphy.

“Washington Workplace is thrilled to be moving from our longtime home of 25 years in the Boundtrain Building (formerly the BM Smith Building) into a brand new and innovative Town Hall concept space in the dynamic business, entertainment, and restaurant neighborhood of The Village at Shirlington,” said Murphy. “We look forward to being an integral and leading part of this community and working with Federal Realty and Stream Realty Partners in bringing additional life to this already vibrant commercial district.”

In additional to traditional office space, the building, located in the heart of The Village at Shirlington, is offering fully furnished spec suites available for immediate occupancy beginning in November 2022. The Offices feature direct access to I-395 and are conveniently located five minutes away from National Landing and Amazon’s HQ2, 10 minutes away from Washington, DC, with direct access to the WO&D Trail and public transportation.
