Home Buyer Seminar Saturday Nov. 15

Christina Hunt, a Realtor with McEnearney Associates, will be hosting a Home Buyer Seminar this Saturday at 10:30 AM for individuals and families that are interested in finding out more about buying today in our local housing market.

Discussion points will cover the overall home buying process and what you should expect from beginning to end: everything from selecting the right Realtor to represent you from the beginning, will you qualify for a loan and what loans are available nowadays, what to avoid if possible, the transaction process and getting to settlement smoothly.

This is not only a “first-time” buyer’s seminar. The market is continually changing. Expectations for successful buyers should adjust accordingly, especially if there is a home to sell as well. It is important to set the right expectations from the beginning for success.
Guest speakers from a local lender and settlement company will cover all of those little questions that aren’t really so little and could keep your transaction from falling apart!

There will be a Q&A session to answer anything specific you may be concerned about. We want everyone to walk out knowing their next steps in getting one step closer to their new home.
