Arlington-based software company Dante, announced today, a new option to discover kid’s activities within its consumer-based app, Ouli. The uniquely intelligent, personal concierge app connects consumers to local merchants, events, and community experiences that are personalized based on chosen activities, time, location, history and preferences. The app is available for free download on iOS and Android devices.
The newest search option focuses on a huge demographic in the D.C. Metro area: families. The intent “I Want to Do Something with the Kids,” allows users to discover family-friendly places, events, and other kid-focused activities.
Now in its second year, the app has largely connected consumers to merchants focused on activities like going out to eat, happy hour, farmers markets, community events and more. User feedback showed the high demand to add an option to find things to do with kids. This new intent allows families to not only discover what’s great about their communities, but to include the kids in the fun as well. In addition, they can receive Ouli-exclusive offers to some merchants.
“It’s easy to fall into a routine and do the same things. Eat at the same restaurants, shop at the same stores, go to the same events. This includes taking the kids to do things. With this new intent, users can discover fun new activities to enjoy with the kids while supporting local businesses. In addition to providing personalized experiences, Ouli helps users make reservations, book a ride, and schedule reminders.
