Zoup! Ballston to Open on Monday, Oct. 21

Zoup! Eatery, the fast casual restaurant known for its award-winning soups and made-to-order sandwiches and salads, is set to open its first Arlington location on Monday, Oct. 21. Located at 4401 N. Fairfax Drive in the popular Ballston neighborhood, the new restaurant is owned and operated by franchisee Jim Beverley.

“I can’t wait for Arlington to finally get a taste of what Zoup! Eatery is all about,” Beverley says. “I’ve been a Zoup! regular for many, many years. I fell in love with the high-quality gourmet soup and with Zoup!’s culture of serving its community. I know that our friends and neighbors in Ballston are going to feel the same way!”

Zoup! Eatery features a wide variety of rotating soups with 12 daily varieties, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, all served with a hunk of freshly baked bread. Customer favorites include Chicken Potpie, Lobster Bisque and Roadhouse Sirloin Chili, but guests are encouraged to find the soup that’s perfect for them by sampling before they order. The menu also features seasonal, made-to-order salads, sandwiches, and soon, a proprietary mac and cheese.

The Ballston location also will feature Zoup! Eatery’s Sustain-a-Bowls, a brand-new menu category of entrée-sized bowls made with a base of either bone broth, cauliflower rice or full-husk brown rice and ancient grains and prepared with all-natural ingredients. Guests also may choose from six flavors of organic craft beverages – including Lemon Berry or Citrus Sunrise lemonades and Peach Harvest or Hibiscus Bloom teas, all made in-house daily.

Zoup! Eatery’s updated online ordering platform is available for takeout and delivery orders, making a hearty, healthy meal just a few clicks away. And for those catering for a crowd, all menu items are available in convenient catering sizes for groups of 10 or more.
