Crime Report: Bar Fight Leads to Finger Bite

In this week’s Arlington County crime report, a man allegedly had the tip of his finger bitten off by an acquaintance during a fight outside of a bar. Doctors were unable to reattach the finger tip, according to police.

MALICIOUS WOUNDING BY MOB, 03/18/12, 2600 block of N. Pershing Drive. At 2:15 am on March 18, a victim was assaulted outside of a bar by known subjects. During the fight, the victims right index fingertip was bitten off by one of the subjects. Rudy Sales Perez, 21, of Arlington, and Jose Lopez Sales, 23, of Arlington, were charged with malicious wounding by mob and held without bond.

Also in this week’s report, a man was pistol-whipped and robbed after trying to meet up with a woman he met online.

ROBBERY, 03/16/12, 5000 block of Columbia Pike. On March 16 at 8:25pm, a male victim was robbed at gunpoint by two subjects. The victim had been involved in online solicitation earlier in the day and had come to Arlington to meet up with the female. The victim contacted the female by cell phone and was told a family member would meet him to escort him to her residence. When the victim was led to a wooded area, two subjects brandished handguns and demanded him to lay down. The victim was pistol-whipped and robbed of $80, a cell phone and 2 Metro cards. The suspects are described as black males, thin builds, approximately 6’ and 5’6”, and both were wearing black Northface jackets, black pants and baseball hats.

ROBBERY, 03/17/12, 6200 block of N. Lee Highway. At approximately 2 am on March 17, a group of juveniles had their skateboards stolen by force and intimidation after three subjects chased them down. Ian Levinson, 18, of Arlington, Jordan Norris, 20, of Arlington, and Adil Gour, 19, of Fairfax, VA, were arrested and charged with robbery. They were held without bond.

PROSTITUTION, 03/16/12, 3000 block of S. Columbia Pike. Between 6 pm and 10 pm on March 16, surveillance on a hotel room resulted in two female subjects being charged with prostitution. Brianna Jones, 22, of Front Royal, VA, and Tara Jones, 23, of Manassas, VA, were arrested and charged

FALSE PRETENSES, 03/16/12, 1700 block of N. 14th Street. On March 16, a female victim reported being targeted in an internet scam, where she sent approximately $18,000 to Ghana since June 2011.

LARCENY FROM AUTO (SERIES), 03/19/12, 600 block of N Glebe Road. Between 10:50 am and
1:23 pm on March 19, multiple vehicles in a parking garage were broken into and items stolen.

      A quick google search on Adil Gour revealed that he is known to Arlington Police-he was featured on a previous Crime Report.

      BURGLARY-ARREST, 12/25/11, 2300 block of Wilson Blvd. On December 25 at 7 am, two men were seen breaking into a business. They were apprehended at the scene by police. Mohamed Alim, 19, of Alexandria, and Adil Gour, 19, of Fairfax, were both charged with Burglary. They were held without bond.
