Morning Poll: Last Weekend for Christmas Shopping

Forget the weekend after Thanksgiving, this weekend — the last weekend before Christmas — may be one of the busiest shopping times of the year. Last-minute gift buyers are expected to flock to stores on Saturday and Sunday, in advance of two consecutive holiday weekends.

Adding to the shopping crush: Hanukkah starts relatively late this year, on Dec. 20.

Will you be joining the masses at the malls and shopping centers this weekend?

Only olds shop in stores still. Online shopping FTW!

Fo’ sho’! I did all my shopping in under an hour on Black Friday. On my iPad. In bed. Now I get annoyed when I have to deal with the holiday crush when I’m simply trying to go grocery shopping or something mundane.

Hannukah is a minor holiday. Stop mentioning it. Gift giving, parties, etc are not at all tradiational part so fit. It’s just so that jews dont’ feel left out. That’s their problem. I got over it, so should the rest of my fellow Jews.

I’m done gift-shopping…unless I go get something for myself…at a local store of course. =)

Shop not for goods but for an abundant spirit of compassion and forgiveness.
