Update at 9:25 a.m. — The accident scene has been cleared and the ramp has reopened.
An accident has closed the ramp from southbound I-395 to Washington Blvd.
The accident happened just past 8:30 a.m. and resulted in a vehicle flipping on its roof. No word yet on any injuries.
Traffic is slow but moving on the portion of I-395 approaching the closed ramp.
