Crime Report: Phone, Laptop, Eyeglasses Stolen

An Arlington resident on the county’s western section of Wilson Blvd had three modern life essentials — an iPhone, Macbook and eyeglasses — stolen from his or her home last week.

The theft occurred early Friday morning. From this week’s Arlington County crime report:

BURGLARY, 150401011, 5900 block of Wilson Boulevard. Between 1:00 and 5:30 am on May 1, an unknown subject(s) entered a residence and stole an iPhone 6, MacBook Pro and eyeglasses. There is no suspect(s) description.

BURGLARY, 150501005, 6000 block of N. 8th Street. At 12:28 am on May 1, an unknown suspect entered a residence and when confronted by the homeowner fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30 years old, approximately 5’6″ to 5’10” with a slim build wearing a tan shirt. The investigation remains ongoing.

BURGLARY, 150505040, 1800 block of N. Quinn Street. Between 8 am and 6:30 pm on May 5, an unknown subject(s) entered a residence and stole two watches. There is no suspect(s) description.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 150430046, 700 block of N. Monroe Street. On April 30 at 7:55 pm, a subject exposed himself to a juvenile female victim as she was playing tennis at Maury Park. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his twenties, approximately 5’7″ and 190 lbs. He was wearing black athletic pants, a dark shirt and a black baseball hat.
