Don’t be so serious and meet Sirius, the newest Adoptable Pet of the Week!
This beautiful girl is up for adoption through the Animal Welfare League of Arlington and is currently in foster.
Her foster family had some wonderful things to say:
She is incredibly curious, loves to be around people and when comfortable she is very playful and puppy like!
Sirius is very sweet and mellow and enjoys lots of smelling during walks. She is very expressive and has good receptive skills, she can sit, do paw and when reminded she is able to stay and wait.
Sirius does not mind sleeping or spending time in the crate while a person is in the room. We have been working on reinforcing calm behavior in the crate and sitting in it with the door open.
Sirius is so smart and overall, a great dog!
