F.C. medical office to relocate, expanding services and doubling its staff

A medical provider in Falls Church plans to relocate into a space with room to accept over 5,000 more patients and double its current staff.

ProHealth Medical Center is slated to relocate to an office nearly five times its size, Human Resources Manager Haley Bui told ARLnow. Currently located at 2946 Sleepy Hollow Road, the provider intends to move to a 7,200-square-foot office at 107 Park Place sometime between April and June of 2025.

The property, located near Clare & Don’s Beach Shack and across from the soon-to-open Whole Foods, was just sold for $2.7 million, brokerage Divaris Real Estate announced on Tuesday.

At its new address, ProHealth intends install a pharmacy and expand its forms of care.

“We may branch into multi-specialty, including GI,” Bui said. “We’re trying to onboard GI specialists to help our patients with colonoscopies and so on.”

The provider is also considering a potential partnership with Inova’s Fairfax Radiology Centers to provide services including mammograms, X-rays and CT scans on-site.

ProHealth will continue to offer all current services after relocation, including sick visits and wellness exams, vaccines, Covid testing, blood testing, allergy testing, pap smears and IV hydration therapy.

“Our team of professional providers, led by Dr. Dan Pham, MD, is looking forward to providing comprehensive primary care services and more to the locals in downtown Falls Church, McLean and Arlington communities,” Bui said.

Current tenants at 107 Park Place include RHED Pixel, a video production company, and Dudley Digital Works. These companies, which were part of the building’s former ownership group Media Factory, will relocate in the coming months, a Divaris Real Estate representative told ARLnow.
