A traveling Latin food market is visiting Clarendon next month

The traveling Sazon Latin Food Market is making a pitstop in Clarendon this spring.

The culinary Latin American festival is planned from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, June 1, at the Arlington Beer Garden (3217 10th Street N.). Event planner Latin City promises music, drinks and food representing the Caribbean, Central and South America.

This is Sazon’s first Arlington visit

  • Intended to celebrate Latin cuisine, the event plans to host several vendors offering Latin delicacies and desserts.
  • The market previously featured items like jerk spiced ribs, Brazilian steak kabobs and empanadas at cities in Texas and California.
  • Vendor applications for the Arlington festival are available on Latin City’s website.

Entrance is free

  • Space will be limited. Admission is currently available to book on Eventbrite.
  • The festival is family-friendly but requests that pets stay at home.
