Ballston Office Sells at Loss — Los Angeles-based Tavaco Properties, which specializes in underperforming assets, paid $28 million for Ballston Station, the eight-story office building at 4301 Fairfax Drive, across from the Ballston Metro station. Cemetery Road Closures — Construction for the Southern Expansion Project is closing roads inside Arlington National Cemetery near the Service Complex Gate through November. “Pedestrian access remains open and visitors are welcome to walk into nearby grave sections,” the cemetery said.
