Police: Man Sent Ex-Girlfriend Topless Photo of Herself

by ARLnow.com | May 14, 2012 at 1:45 pm | 25,628 views | 322 Comments

Update on 10/11/12 — Frye has been convicted of unlawful filming but acquitted of unlawful entry.

An Arlington man has been arrested after police say he sent his ex-girlfriend an authorized photo he took of her topless.

In addition to sending the topless photo, police say the suspect made more than 50 attempts to contact the woman over the weekend, via both phone calls and text messages, and then broke into her Ballston apartment early Sunday morning and started banging on her bedroom door.

The woman called police and the man, identified as 27-year-old Trevor Frye, was later arrested at his residence, according to Arlington County Police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck

Frye is also accused of “yelling inappropriate comments” outside the woman’s apartment. He was held without bond.

dude looks like a total tool bag either way

    • WeiQiang

If it is and he’s a contractor to DHS, he may be looking for another job.

    • JamesE

Looks a lot older than 27

      • pcor

27, went to high school with that guy

    • lolol

      yep, that’s the guy

    • Mary-Austin

Looks like the standard Arlington d-bag overpopulating the area.
Probably being overpaid to sell crap to DoD and DHS.
Sadly a lot of the train wrecks I see around Ballston/Clarendon seem to be seeking out this type.

    • DSS10

It has to be, he is an Account Rep for a defense contractor…. Betcha they know him down at CCR!

    • D’oh

Seriously, mods? You’re going to allow a profile to be linked here before it’s proven that this is the same guy? Classy.

      • Really?

Seriously. If this isn’t him, now 1800 page views have looked at his profile. You’d think with how quickly they lay the hammer down on some comments that this one would have been removed.

        • SomeGuy

I’m with you guys. I think this is wrong. Commenters here don’t know if this is the right guy, and this could have a serious impact on whomever is implicated. Not good, ArlNow.

          • John Fontain

White pages are showing only one person by that name in Arlington.

      • LOL!

How many Trevor Frye’s are there in Arlington who look like they’re in their 20′s and have social networking profiles? This is him, bro. 100% confirmed. Stop being ignorant.

        • http://purple.com/purple.html Captain Pup McPuppo

seriously. his name is trevor frye. LOL.

      • Mary-Austin

What’s with the defense of this freak.
Do you want to match their social security numbers or something??
It’s pretty obvious it’s the same person here and he deserves everything he has coming even if that means his linkedin is tainted *gasp*.
Seriously, I wonder if people would be leaping to his defense if his names wasn’t Trevor Frye. Didn’t exactly see people leaping to the defense of the homeless guy exposing himself at 7-11. Interesting.

        • Josh S

In what way is it “pretty obvious?”

          • Mary-Austin

The name, location, and picture of the bro about 27 years of age…and uh reasoning.

          • drax

Lawsuits have been lost on less.

          • old roomate

and anyone who knows trevor knows his linkedin is 99% frybrication (thats a serious term for people who know him) and that this is definitely him.

          • curious

            What did he fabricate?

    • SomeGuy

If it’s not him, you’re doing a swell job of defaming a guy who has nothing to do with the situation.

    • clarendon25

      It is. I know him

    • Dude Where’s My Car

His Google Plus profile has pictures of him standing with his arm around someone who might be the victim in this case. Which is kind of uncool to publicize.

This woman’s probably had her picture publicized enough?

Then again, I assume the irony of “punishing” a stalker by engaging in cyberstalking is lost on everyone. :-)

    • SomeGuy

      Arlnow,

Which part of the comment policy was violated by the original comment you removed?

Why are the vast majority of comments here that include “Personal attacks” and insults deemed acceptable, despite “Personal Attacks” being the first bullet listed in the comment policy as those likely to be removed?

      • Michael H.

The comment included a link to a webpage. That page showed a picture of a woman who could very well be the victim in this case. I agree with the removal of that comment/link.

        • SomeGuy

Michael H., your comment doesn’t answer my questions. And I will give it consideration commensurate with what I perceive to be your editorial influence over content on this site.

  • Tre

had to read that headline a couple of times

    • DSS10

Me too…. I left out the colon when I read it first….

  • Another domestic?

Quite a ruckus yesterday afternoon on 13th Rd South near Arlington Village. A man was following a woman and screaming at her. Witnesses couldn’t tell if he was just randomly targeting a stranger, or if there was history.

    • Tabs

You don’t ever want to be that person.

Isn’t it funny, though, how the stereotype (thanks in part to Fatal Attraction) is that more women go nutbags? When, in fact, far more often it’s men who do stuff like this–and much worse.

Psychosis is non-gender specific. As to the “Fatal Attraction” stereo type, it was merely a reaction to the stereo type that only men were nut jobs when it came to stuff like this…..

        • CW

Yep, exactly. The role reversal is what made it an attention-grabber.

Those are criminal offenses, but they all seem to stem from one drunken night in his youth. Nothing like this kind of crime.

    • Southeast Jerome

yeah- definitely no need to throw up stuff on here from 5 years ago that mostly relate to traffic violations and noise violations.

I see this as a one-off event. Lets not make the guy out to be some sort of animal.

Give the guy a break here.

      • Ballston Resident

No breaks. Those are some pretty strong signs of an abusive relationship. The girl involved is lucky to be unharmed (physically) and hopefully done with this jerk for good.

        • Southeast Jerome

this is a sensationalistic headline and dragging the accused name in the mud from things that happened 5 years ago, mostly traffic related, are in no way needed

          • LOL!

Sorry bro, this guy doesn’t deserve a break.

          • Josh S

What guy? Do you have any idea what you’re talking about?

          • LOL!

Trevor Frye (should have been obvious to you from the context. You are ignorant)

          • Josh S

          • http://purple.com/purple.html Captain Pup McPuppo

            *howls*

          • No name

Putting a name and picture on here went way past appropriate. I know Trevor and he is a nice person and comes from a good family. I think everyone is jumping to conclusions without considering how many stupid things they have done. There was no need to make this into public humiliation for him and possibly cost him his job. Poor taste, there are toomany bad people out there to completely defame someone who clearly made a bad choice after being upset over anrecent break up..

“Why is everybody picking on this poor white boy?”

          • drax

Yeah, we’re defaming the guy on the Internet who sneaked into a chick’s apartment and took nude photos an posted them on the Internet. We’re so mean.

          • SomeGuy

Where did anyone say that nude photos were posted on the internet? I didn’t see that accusation.

          • drax

Sorry, mixed it up. Point made though.

          • uh huh

point made . . . and exaggerated. You are how rumors get started on the internet. You should apologize.

          • jackson

Apologize to whom? The accused? The woman? The folks here?

        • spunkspigot

From a couple of driving citations and little context you posit his abusing her in a relationship that she was lucky to leave with no physical harm? Or did I miss some further evidence?

For instance, how do you know she wasn’t harmed? Or did you mean “permanently harmed” rather than “physcially”? Either way, and you can trust me on this, verbal abuse is damage that’s a lot harder to fix than a broken wrist or scalded skin.

Seems like you’re the one raging with slight provocation, like that drunk backhanding my mom for using black pepper on the green beans.

    • Tabs

More likely, sadness had turned to anger and a desire for payback.

After that situation at UVA, perhaps it is a good thing we “out” men who think it is acceptable to break into ex’s apartments after drinking.

      • Josh S

I believe that is what the criminal justice system is for.

Jesus Arlington is full of some arrogant, presumptive SOBs.

        • http://purple.com/purple.html Captain Pup McPuppo

the societal stigmatization is worse than the presumptive slap on the wrist from the criminal justice system for some.

        • http://purple.com/purple.html Captain Pup McPuppo

but yeah, tons of arrogant presumptive SOBs here for sure.

        • [facepalm]

        • weldel

“early Sunday morning” is press release speak for “drunk from Saturday night.”

    • gtn130

Also your anger seems pretty misplaced. Shouldn’t you be upset with this site for dropping his name rather than the people commenting about it?

    • YOLO

Your expectation that random anonymous people on a web forum shouldn’t speculate with incomplete information is so totally realistic bro

      • dk

        +1

  • LOL!

You know what else is classy? Taking topless pics of your ex girlfriend while she’s sleeping and sending them to her. He deserves this type of exposure. Without this type of societal pressure, who know what else he might have done.

    • Thes

      Sentence first — verdict afterwards!

      • LOL!

Are you suggesting that this forum has unjustifiably implicated this person?

I’m sure you’re right. I’m sure that this girl made up a story about a break in and topless pictures being sent, has no evidence, and this guy was wrongly accused. You’re right. I’ll stop commenting

        • Josh S

          Thank goodness.

    • seriously?

but, correct me if I’m wrong, you all don’t even know you have the right Trevor Frye, and you’re posting photos that someone else might interpret as being the true perp. I’m not angry at anyone. ArlNow has every right to publish the story. And you have every right to make potentially mis-directed school girl comments. I just think your mother would be disappointed in your behavior.

    • Josh S

      You’re kidding, right?
“Without this type of societal pressure”

Uhhh, you call this comment thread “societal pressure?”

I mean, dang – the site got 1 million page views and all, but I suspect that the vast majority of Arlingtonians have no idea about this site or the alleged crime.

I would further speculate that there is plenty of “societal pressure” on the other side of this equation. If there was no massive use of rapid, un-moderated, anonymous online communication do you think the guy would have the idea in the first place or that it would have been as (at least in his own mind) effective?

Also, “societal pressure” is usually brought to bear on a class of actions, not particular crimes committed by particular individuals. I think there is already plenty of societal pressure to not be a d-bag, stalker or to sexually harrass people. In fact, the societal pressure has been codified in most of those cases – i.e., it’s against the law. What more do you want?. Branding?

      • LOL!

        Free speech brah. You mad??

      • LOL!

        TLDR. Sorry bout it.

  • craig

f it dude. Let’s go bowling.

  • Daffy

think it’s highly of fair of commenters and moderators to post/allow a witch hunt to occur.

sounds like this guy was clearly in the wrong but seriously unfair to post all his personal information… even this story mentioning his name and the accusations of what is likely a misdemeanor offense prior to conviction imposes far more of a punishment thanks to google and caching than any court will impose. Let the court decide the punishment, not the mob you’ve created in the public square…

    • YOLO

what personal information has been posted? Everything posted is in actuality PUBLIC information. LinkedIn and driving record? That’s all public…

Also whether it’s a misdemeanor or felony is completely irrelevant. A lot of people obviously find that his actions are highly unethical regardless of how they’re perceived legally.

      • Jonas

So after reading a 4 sentence summary of the accusations leveled by one party in a domestic dispute…We’re suppose to pick sides and condemn?

        • YOLO

“pick sides and condemn” is most definitely your characterization of what’s going on.

Random anonymous people speculating on the internet is about as standard as it gets. Obviously that doesn’t make it right, but let’s keep things in perspective.

      • Josh S

“A lot of people obviously find that his actions are highly unethical”

A comment that makes sense when you are talking about, oh I don’t know, maybe Richard Nixon. Some random dude on the Arlington blog – not so much.

          lol wat

daffy said: “the accusations of what is likely a misdemeanor offense”

      Wrong. He was charged with:

Felony breaking and entering (code section 18.2-92)
Misdemeanor filming a nonconsented nude person (18.2-386.1)
Misdemeanor stalking: fear of death/assault (18.2-60.3)

He has a bond hearing tomorrow morning at 9am in courtroom 3B. The felony charge appears to be a class 6 felony, which can carry anywhere from no prison time to 5 years of prison time.

    • Jonas

oh good, anonymous person on internet says it’s okay to go ahead and lay someone’s name to waste…

regardless of whether he was right or wrong, isn’t there something to be said for letting the justice system handle this? same mentality of definitively asserting guilt that’s behind lynch mobs and vigilantism. maybe the guy is a d-bag and deserves all this and more… who knows? at this point there’s simply not enough information for anyone w/ any sense of justice to condemn and participate in an online character assassination.

        • Don

How about we out the girl’s name for everyone to talk about before anything even gets to trial?

          • Oh yuck

Are you the “Don” who’s in his 50s and goes to Meetups for 20-30somethings, until the younger women all stop going to avoid you and the groups dissolve?

          • Don

            Don went on facebook.

Don saw picture of trevor with x-girlfriends and used timeline to approximate when they dated.

Don asked buddy when he used to hook up with said x-girlfriend.

To Don’s amazement, the time overlaps, but thats not a crime maybe just breaking one of the ten commandments, but god doesn’t exist so maybe its just socially expectable for people to lie and cheat?

            Does anyone have morals anymore?

I can confirm that the picture used from the LinkedIn page is Trevor Frye. Based on what I know about how he treated other women in the past…he needs to be locked up for life.

He has a bond hearing scheduled for Wednesday. Does that mean he is still a guest of the APD?

  • BallstonsBoy

One time after I left Ballroom I went to Goodies and happened to be in line right behind Trevor.

We chatted it up for a little, he seemed like a good guy.

I was super wasted and he was like I bet you are ready to lunch out on some pizza? I was like eff yeah bro I am going to stuff my face so hard.

Next thing I know Trevor is to the front of the line and he bought all of the pizza so I couldn’t even get a slice.

I was like wtf bro and he was like I am not your bro, bra.

Hope he gets locked up for life.

    • spunkspigot

Sorry BallstonsBoy, but if Trev really did that to you, I’m thinking it’s wrong for people to call him a D-bag. You, on the other hand, well, let’s just say I hate being around drunks. Besides, being in line at Goodies, you still had the alternative of a pretty decent sandwich.

Also, and I have this on the best ARLnow authority, Trev was taking those extra slices to the homeless guy who asked for money on the way in.

  • PikerShorts

His FB is deactivated… wonder if he did that as soon as he got home. Or called a family member from the pokey and had them shut it down.

    • BallstonsBoy

You are a liar sir, I just got on facebook and poked him.

This made me happy, but I still couldn’t forgive Trevor.

Anyways, he had like three pizza boxes and was putting some fixings on them, probably just to rub it in my face.

I looked over and saw him making a critical mistake that I have made like seven times. He was dumping tons of garlic all over his pizza as if it was parmesan cheese.

Me being a good guy and still itching for some pizza I was like NOOOOO, BRO thats garlic not cheese!!!!!

He looks over at me and goes, I know and I am still not your bro, pour the rest of the can on his pizza and left.

WTF?!?!?!? no one can like garlic that much, what a sick sick man.

The defamation and/or defense of this individual are rather speculative. However speculation would be more accurate if you have a prior knowledge of this individual. That being said, my educated guess is that this was probably not the extent to which he harassed this particular woman. His actions are not for me to judge, however I would not want him dating or affiliated with any female I know. Repeated mistakes are not mistakes. They are behavioral patterns.

    • Trevor’sPIZZA

What’s speculative is this bro’s decision to buy all the pizza and then load it up with garlic right in front of another bro who was just trying to help

furthermore i do not know any female who would want to associate themselves with somebody who has garlic breath and doesn’t share his pizza with another fellow hungry bro. the behavioral patterns by trevor indicate that when another bro is in need, then he will not offer help so therefore all bro’s reading this should keep this in mind before offering any help to trevor and his awful garlic breath

Speaking of topless, Sam’s Corner has renamed their David Hasselhoff open faced cheeseburger the “Trevor” and it is featured as today’s special-90% hand chopped, hand fed Waygu beef with 10% beef fat added for juicyness, cooked medium rare and served open faced on a toasted bun, topped with carmelized red onions, smoked gouda cheese, micro greens and a chipotle barbecue sauce. Pictures of this topless burger are complimentary.

    • Tabs

When it was The Hoff, you had to eat it on a carpeted floor while leaning over the dripping burger. As The Trevor, the requirement is to stand outside someone’s apartment and scream obscenities between bites.

  • Trevor’s Gym Partner

This isn’t the first time Trevor has used this tactic. I was at the gym a long time ago and Trevor walked up to me for the first time and he was like “hey bro can you give me a spot?”. I was like no prob bra and I gave him a good spot while he benched.

Trevor liked my spot so much that he kept constantly asking me to spot him until I was like “bro honestly… I need to get my own workout in”. Trevor was not happy and walked off upset after being like “ya whatever bra”.

I saw Trevor the next day at the gym and he came up to me and showed me a picture that he took of me benching while I was warming up. When I warm up on the bench press, I like to do very low weight but Trevor showed me the picture and said he would tell everybody that it was a picture of me maxing out, which is a HUGE violation of bro code.

Needless to say I have been spotting Trevor at the gym for over a year now and his form and strength have really improved. Fortunately, he learned how to do a sweet bench press by using this tactic but unfortunately he clearly still does this

    Not cool brah

    • LOL!

These posts have improved significantly since yesterday. Well done everyone. This is awesome.

      • Quoth the Raven

Artisphere should put on a Trevor show. Act I could be Trevor taking all the pizza, act II could be Trevor acting like a d-bag at the gym, with Act III culminating with Trevor mistakenly dumping garlic all over his brah-screwed-over pizza and then acting like he meant to do it. Could be an instant classic.

  • KT

I’m not seeing a whole lot on here from people who know anything about either Trevor or her (I won’t mention her name for obvious reasons.)
As a woman who has been friends with him for about two and a half years, I can honestly say he has never been anything but a good guy around me. He can be a drunk idiot and their relationship was really tumultuous (both behaving in ridiculous ways at different times), but the fact that a bunch of people who don’t know anything about him are assuming he’s some kind of predator does not make it so.

It is very possible there was more going on with their most recent break up than I, or any of our friends, knew and that he really did do some f-cked up sh-t. That being said, this thread and this situation and not in any way shape or form indicative of the guy I know. I would not be surprised if this was a situation where the post-break up drama that had ensued in the past was taken up a few notches.

It’s possible that this may be as bad as it looks, but I can attest to the fact that he’s been a really good friend to me, and at times helped me out of uncomfortable situations and been extremely caring. In addition, she’s a really nice girl. They’ve had a turbulent relationship where they constantly broke up and got back together.

    • ArlNews

Can you confirm or deny the pizza or gym story?

      • bacon

        +30!

      • Arlington Cat

        “. He can be a drunk idiot…”

I think she already did, at least the garlic on the pizza part.

    • John Fontain

“the fact that a bunch of people who don’t know anything about him are assuming he’s some kind of predator does not make it so”

Yeah, but the fact that he was charged by police kinda does.

Also, I believe his bond hearing was continued today, meaning he remains in the slammer.

      • KT

The fact that he was charged by the police indicates he acted in a totally inappropriate way, not that he’s a predator.

        • HometownHero

KT I will not believe a word of your post unless you reveil your identity and email me a full body shot.

        • John Fontain

Sorry KT, I’m thinking people probably associate felony breaking and entering more closely with the term ‘predator’ than just someone who acted, like, totally inappropriate.

Let me ask you this, given what you now know, would you be willing to date him?

          • KT

First of all, I don’t recall using the word “like” before “totally inappropriate”.
Beyond that, no I certainly would not date him. I am not saying he hasn’t done anything wrong and I’m not saying he doesn’t deserve to be charged and potentially go to jail. I am simply saying that no one on here (including me) knows exactly what happened. My experiences with him have been great, but obviously I only know him in a specific context.
All I’m saying is holding off on the witch hunt seems appropriate unless someone actually knows the details of the case.

          • John Fontain

“All I’m saying is holding off on the witch hunt seems appropriate unless someone actually knows the details of the case.”

The police know the details of the case. Based on that information, they believed there was probably cause to effect an arrest. He was then arraigned.

          • SomeGuy

John Fontain makes a great point. Police are always right. And there has NEVER been a case of police being overzealous. Ever. Nor has Arlington County EVER encouraged officers to make arrests for the sake of meeting a “proactivity metric.”

So who needs a jury? Let’s all presume guilt here and sentence this guy right now!

          • KT

Again, I am not saying he shouldn’t have been arrested. Clearly there was probable cause to arrest him, but he has not had a trial yet and has not gotten a chance to defend himself beyond pleading guilty or not guilty. But that’s not even my point.

My issue is that the majority of this thread has not been about his being arrested. It has been about demonizing and mocking a person who no one on here actually knows. The degree to which people are presuming they know the details of his life, his past relationship, and the events of that night is what bothers me.

There is more to this man’s life than that one night. He is obviously being held accountable for his actions as he’s in jail and has been charged with serious crimes. So perhaps instead of pinning the systemic issues of entitled twenty-somethings in Arlington who abuse alcohol on this one person or insinuating he would have behaved like George Huguely and beaten her to death, people could concentrate on their own lives and let the courts handle Trevor.
I will add, as someone who actually knows him, he’s not a monster. He’s a guy who it seems crossed some pretty significant lines and is being held accountable. This whole situation is really terrible not only for him but also for his ex, and the sh-t on this site isn’t helping anyone. It’s just entertaining for people who’s lives are in no way affected.

aw c’mon, an anonymous poster vouching for him, and a woman to boot! Must be legit. I knew it wasn’t all his fault.

      • SomeGuy

No, John Fontain. Being charged by police is exactly that: just a charge. Despite commenters’ attempts to be jury and executioner here, it remains merely an allegation.

    • bacon

“. He can be a drunk idiot and their relationship was really tumultuous…”

I think we pretty much got that.

    • fauxnews

But your story about them only confirms what most of us on here think we know, i.e. that 20 somethings with money to burn who drink to excess in Clarendon and Ballston are a pretty immature and irresponsible bunch. Of course they’re both “very nice.” To other people in their circle. To me, they both seem like exactly the kind of people who would get in a big public mess like this, and I can’t say it’s a surprise. I’ve woken up after an awful drunken night and had to deal the consequences. I was 18 at the time and it was nothing on this level, just a commonplace dui but it’s not fun and I could only imagine the added humiliation just compounds his self loathing.

Hopefully, he can stop drinking, reflect deeply, and become at peace with himself at some point in the future. And, most importantly, he can learn proper late night eatery etiquette.

    • Dispassionate Dwayne

Looks like he already had a commonplace DUI.

  • Paul Wickre

This is a boyfriend-girlfriend scrape, nothing more and nothing less. Bad judgement Yes, but the volume of condemnation from no-nothings is a sign of bad social media.

There may be a victim, yes, but the condemnation of the charged party is ugly on the web, ugly in Arlington and defamatory towards a regular guy and his social connections.

  • fauxnews

Get over yourself, brah. If you don’t know the difference between “no” and “know,” best sit down and let others lead the discussion. Like KT, your comment does nothing to help the image of your friends and their connections.

  • Paul Wickre

Excuse me, I am not brah and have no idea what that means. What I do know is that the social networking scene full of 20 and 30 year olds is virulent and vicious. In our American sense of social justice, allegations are just that. To see you and your ilk weigh in on your peer, is the most shocking revelation. Whatever this man did, in some boyfriend-girlfriend dust-up pales beneath the vitriloc attacks I have seen on this blog.

As a member of the Twiiter-Google management team, I am holding forth this misuse of social networking as a impeachment of the loose typewriters, that clatter on this news. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, or have your web identity questioned or impeached. Who among you went to his social networking sites and found his employ?

What scarlet red letter of Prin are you trying to attach here?

I can tell from your posts your average maturity and see that you grip on the news and throw out balls and strikes as an impulse. Had you ever considered that the defendant has a life and there are two sides to the story?

Buy the Facebook stock and ride it up on your social media impulse in the human drama. Come October, I will be riding it down on a short and watch this blog and that media, dissipate.

More and more the story is not about Trevor, it is about his social network, peers and aquaintices… and how they view behavior.

    • Quoth the Raven

      1. I love how you think this is a “dustup” between girlfriend and boyfriend. “Dustups” do not typically include breaking and entering and the seriously creepy, disturbing behavior allegedly perpetrated by this Trevor guy. I’m tired of reading posts from people seeking to minimize his wrongdoing.

      2. If Trevor did what he’s charged with doing, it’s far, far worse than any comments you’re reading here.

      3. And “scarlet” and “red” are redundant. And it’s “Prynne” not “Prin”. If you’re going to get all literary, you may want to get it right.

    • That bro Paul

Paul, you seem to be very opinionated when it comes to misuse of social media, however what are your comments as to Trevor’s alleged misuse of garlic powder on a slice of pizza?

Also, do you believe that social media, such as pictures one takes on their smartphone, should be used as blackmail so Trevor can get unsuspecting bro’s to spot him at the gym?

    • fauxnews

Easy there bro, time to get the spell-check that “Twiiter-Google” [sic] provides you turned on.

What QtR said. Also, if you read the thread, you’ll clearly infer that the majority of posters on here are not in Trevor’s social group. And I’m willing to bet that a lot of them are past their 30s. This brah is not our peer, bro.

    • Bacon

“What I do know is that the social networking scene full of 20 and 30 year olds is virulent and vicious.”

Yes it is vicious, did you hear some guy in Arlington actually broke into an ex’s apartment?

“Whatever this man did, in some boyfriend-girlfriend dust-up pales beneath the vitriloc [sic] attacks I have seen on this blog.”

From what I understand, they broke up and she was not returning his calls or texts.

“Who among you went to his social networking sites and found his employ?”

I clicked on his linkedin profile, and I give Trevor my permission to Google my name when Trevor reads a police press release alleging I did a B&E on the apartment of a single woman early in the morning.

As a matter of fact I will go one better; I give Trevor my permission to phone my employer and tell them the news of the alleged B&E after Trevor reads the police press release.

“Had you ever considered that the defendant has a life and there are two sides to the story?”

Trevor is more than welcome to come over and defend himself. In the meantime, some will continue to use Trevor as an example of what happens when you do crap like this, or when it appears you do crap like this. We are using social networking to warn of the dangers and consequences of real life actions. You can enter a door uninvited in Battlefield, or Call of Duty III, or Mario for that matter, but you can’t enter a door to an apartment or house uninvited.

Thank God you have the common sense to not defend the pizza incident. He shoulda slid his bro a slice.

      • CODwarrior

I would so crush you at CODIII brah. It’d be over like a Duke lacrosse game brah.

        • Bacon

Bro, you are probably correct. But, I would put my 12 year old up against you in CODII any day.

CODII is rated Teen, CODIII Is rated M. He so wants III.

  • Trevor’s Broham

Yoooo Trevor you get out of the slammer yet brah? We’re hittin the hoops this afternoon and want you to join us. The courts might be locked so I figured you’d be perfect for breakin that lock open and lettin us in. We’re also gettin pizza afterwards if you’re interested, I wanna experience the pizza broham at his finest. See ya at the courts brah!

  • Whodunit

We need updates here people. Who has the details we’re all looking for?

    • Update

      http://epwsgdp1.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/nameSearch.do

The hearing date is June 27, not sure if he is still in custody. It turns out there is more than one complainant.

      • Update

Duh, it was right in front of me. Yes, it appears he is still in custody.

    Bump this

  • Paul Wickre

I repeat, that all of these posts are cruel, amatuerish, and clobbering a guy who you may or may not know over allegations, furnished by a ex-girlfriend that boils down to a young relationship dust-up, on a Saturday night.

The way I see it is the public blog is a rush to judgement over bad behavior.

These are just allegations and he will have his day in court over acting up.

Shame on all of you for inflaming a private situation, taken public by the police in a youthful relationship. In fairness, Trevor has some life lessons to learn. However the hue and cry from the public Internet is something I will not forget for a long time. Hangers on and observers of the scene have acted badly and will not be forgotten.

I repeat, Schauttenfreude, the German for taking pleasure at anothers misfortune. Regrettably human and cruel.

Give a young life a break over minor sins, which boil down to boyfriend-girlfriend interaction, not to the reaches of a civil penalization over a percieved bad behavior.

As a final note, in the old school, Gossip is one of the seven deadly sins.

    Paul

    • fauxnews

Are you blaming the chick, bro?

You won’t forget us, eh? R u stalking meh, brah??

p.s., u can’t spell in German either, bro.

      • Paul Wickre

I don’t know Brah or bro. These terms are meaningless to me. And no- I will not forget the silly outbursts from little p;unk kids in Arlington over Trevors misfortunes. Regardless of the German you got my intent. If you conduct your on line life, as you do inperson, then you should be followed. AS to your outbursts and slang, I think that you should be ashamed of yourself, for attacking an adult male with relationship problems.

I am from the school that behavioural difficulties should be worked out in person by the person charged and the governing authorities.

And no, Mr. Anonymous poster, I will not forget your rant, nor rave, as to your comportment. I am in a postion to do something positive about Trevors’s difficulties, during a bad time, and I will try and help a young man through some bad problems.,

Without doubt, Trevor has some problems. I am in a position to help him as to human flaws. And NO, I will not forget this public posting as to little young punks that take the other side.

AS to brah or Bro, I am not part of your dialogue. If you are concerned about stalking, then mind your mouth. Publically, as I have signed my name to these events, you are all, little evil weasels, that take advantage of a man while he is down. I fully expect, that you all will SHUT UP, while I try and help the man. Otherwise, you do not believe in Christiantiy nor redemption.

I would stalk you out of good manners, as not behaving approriately, while this youth is down.

Fauxnews– Knock it off, while I try and help Trevor out of his misdeeds.

        Paul

        • Paul Wickre

Having talked to the family and this young man, I think he deserves his day on Court, as to the allegations. As to you Godless, Stalinists, I repeat that you should be ashamed of yourselves, and cease comment while we work out a life.

I am sure that you all have had misdeeds. Let him work it out.

          • I don’t get it

Is this satire? I hope so.

          • Non Sequitur

Calling folks “Godless, Stalinists,”,is fast becoming a very hip rejoinder….I hear it all the time at Sam’s Corner during the happy “10 Minutes” every evening.

          • I don’t get it

If it isn’t satire, this guy offering to be the person who works out Trev’s “behavioral difficulties” sounds a little creepy.

  • Jackson

I am tired of our society defining “youth” as anyone under 30 and excusing bad behavior as a youthful indiscretion. The guy is 27. That’s almost a decade as an adult in the eyes of the law. He should have learned by now to hold his liquor and not be a creeper.

  • Paul Wickre

Again, these are just allegations. There are two sides to the story as every good Judge knows.

Trevor deserves his day in Court to answer these charges.

Out of fairness, the charges were brought by the girlfriend, amplified by the police. Can any one sit down long enough, to listen to Trevors’s side of the story.??

    • RandomCapitalization

When Trevor goes to Court, where will you Be?

    • Freethinker

Police don’t just charge people in domestic situations when one side says something. They investigate, and see if the situation warrants a charge. In this case, it obviously did. B & E, taking pics of a sleeping partially nude girlfriend, etc.

Please, what is his side of the story, dear friend?

  • atowndown

The court will settle this issue and when the truth comes out one of these two individuals will be labelled quite the liar.

    Until then…Roll Tide.

  • Jason B

didn’t he go to court last week? anyone know anything?

  • WeiQiang

the felony was sent to grand jury. the two misdemeanors were “nolle prosequi”. a lawyer-type person on here explained that it’s common to NP the misdemeanors up front as separate charges (I’m paraphrasing), because they would be procesuted along with the felony if/when it goes to trial.

    so, bottom line: no disposition

    • WeiQiang

      wow … prosecuted.

  • Jason B

I think Ballstonboy should be on the grand Jury. WeiQiang, keep us updated.

    Thanks
