I’m amazed to see a 3 bedroom house under $500k

Many folks in Arlington turn their nose up at Columbia Forest.
The houses there are as basic as it gets (some are still concrete block) but the location saves you hundreds of thousands of dollars.
And don’t forget, the streetcar will make you rich!

and the real estate agent of that property, Ann Wilson, is the nicest agent in Arlington! (I’ve worked w/her before.)

ArlNow: Why do the houses show up multiple times in the RE section searches? 2027 Lexington shows up 7 times, for example.
(I apologize if my comment shows up multiple times, it didn’t appear to work the first time)

Wow. The house on Pershing is certainly unique. The house on Oxford looks cute!

      Pershing?

Oxford St–clearly it’s been “staged”–that furniture looks lonely and awkward. And why no photos of the bedrooms? Run out of staging stuff?
