Prices on new listings range from $160,000 to $3 million. The fresh inventory and warm weather sparked a buying spree with 83 properties sold compared to 45 last week. The average days on market dropped to only 32, and the average list price of homes ratified climbed to $712,000.
Mortgage interest rates held steady showing only a tiny drop this week, currently at about 3.65 percent for a 30-year fixed rate. So it’s still a great time to buy in Arlington.
