Arlington buyers were treated this week to a record rush of inventory with 95 listed properties at all price points and locations. It’s the most new listings in a single week so far this year.
The current inventory of available homes in Arlington is the best so far this year with 643 choices for buyers. But the pace of sales slacked off considerably this week, with only 68 homes going under contract. The average days on market dropped to 32, and the average list price of ratified homes stands at $629,000.
