Arlington Pet of the Week: Gordon

This week’s Arlington Pet of the Week is Gordon, an 8-year-old toy Yorkshire Terrier who loves chasing his ball and barking at squirrels.

Here is what his owner, Marissa, had to say:

Hi! My name is Gordon – I’m a toy Yorkie and Arlington’s newest resident. I just moved from Sterling to Waverly Hills with my parents, and I’m excited to meet all my new two- and four-pawed neighbors.

While I might look like a puppy, I’m actually 8 years old! I like to think the many hours I spend chasing my ball have contributed to my puppish charm.

Besides playing, I love napping on the couch, barking at squirrels and getting my belly rubbed. I also like hanging out in the kitchen, because if I stare at my mom long enough she usually drops something.

I can’t wait for warm weather so I can take walks down to Ballston. If you see me, come say hi! I love the attention!
