Why do these routine activities see us being reported to police and losing our lives? It is a question my daughters ask, as do the children of every black person in America. County Creates Badges for Mask-Requiring Businesses — “In response to Gov. Ralph Northam’s Executive Order that face coverings must be worn inside public places, the County created the ‘We Are Covered’ program.
