Property Specialists Inc., a property management company, was founded by a foreign service spouse in 1983. Today, Regi Francois is the owner of Property Specialists. He was with Property Specialists for 10 years before purchasing it in 2018.
If you’re looking to rent a property you own, we have a very careful tenant selection and screening process, and we advertise in many areas. We rely mostly on our website, Zillow Rental Manager, military sites and Craigslist. We also have contacts in a number of embassies and the World Bank.
Rental pricing is based upon market research through the Realtor’s Bright Multiple Listing Service and our own experience with like properties. We show properties seven days a week by appointment.
Once rented, we do inspections to ensure the tenants are taking proper care of the property and assure them that we are available seven days a week to personally handle their phone calls and needs. We have a list of reliable vendors we have done business with for many years. For any major repair, we obtain estimates and are in touch with you to help determine how best to handle them.
If you care to contact any of the owners who have given testimonials on our website, I am sure they will be happy to share their positive experiences with you!
Although our firm’s primary focus has always been property management, we do have a listing and sales department for our clients who need that service.
We are licensed in Virginia, Maryland and D.C. We would be very happy to assist you with your property management needs. Feel free to get in touch.
