ARLnow columnist Eli Tucker wants to answer your burning real estate questions, in person.
The local real estate expert is hosting a free Home Buyer Workshop on Tuesday, October 29th, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Arlington Central Library’s Bluemont Room. This event, co-hosted by Eli Residential Group and Atlantic Coast Mortgage, aims to demystify the home buying process in Arlington’s competitive market.
“Whether you’re a first-time buyer or looking to make a change, we’ll provide valuable insights on using data and strategy in today’s market,” Tucker told ARLnow. “It’s a great opportunity to get your questions answered directly.”
The workshop will cover a range of topics, including:
- Maximizing your home purchase through data-driven strategies
- Current market trends and how to use them to your advantage
- Updates on interest rates and mortgage programs
- The impact of recent industry changes on Arlington’s real estate scene
Matt Ropp, a loan officer from Atlantic Coast Mortgage, will join Tucker to discuss mortgage updates and offer pre-approval tips.
The event is designed for all types of buyers, from those ready to purchase now to those planning 18-24 months ahead. It’s relevant for home seekers in Northern Virginia, D.C., and the Maryland suburbs.
For early birds, Tucker will be available from 5:30 p.m. to chat about specific real estate situations. Food and drinks will be provided during the workshop.
Interested attendees can secure their spot via Eventbrite — or fill out the following form and after you attend we’ll send you a link for a free t-shirt from the ARLnow Shop.
