The underground Dunkin’ over the Crystal City Metro station has closed.
“At this time, I don’t have any information on whether this is a temporary or permanent closure,” Dunkin’ spokesperson Hannah Goldstein told ARLnow in reference to the location at 1687 Crystal Square Arcade.
Few businesses remain open around the Metro station, which connects to the shuttered Crystal City Underground.
On a recent visit, ARLnow observed that nearby Sushi Garden is still open. Another vendor advertised a “final sale” of t-shirts and other merchandise.
Dunkin’ still has numerous other Arlington locations, including one a few blocks away at 1413 S. Fern Street in Pentagon City.
