In honor of Veterans Day on Monday, a number of Arlington businesses are offering complimentary meals and other free stuff to veterans and active service members.
Free pizza, free donuts, free car washes and other offerings of gratitude are available at the following locations.
Restaurants
- Barley Mac will offer one free entree per person to veterans and active duty military members who provide identification. 1600 Wilson Blvd.
- California Pizza Kitchen will offer one free entree and beverage to all veterans and active duty military members on Monday. These customers will also receive a buy one, get one coupon for future use between Nov. 12-25. 1201 S. Hayes Street.
- Dunkin’ will offer one free donut each to veterans and active duty military members. Multiple locations.
- Green Pig Bistro and Buena Vida Gastrolounge will offer one free entree per person to veterans and active duty military members who provide identification. Floors one and two of 2900 Wilson Blvd.
- IHOP will offer a free Red, White & Blueberry Pancake Combo to all veterans and active duty military members from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. 935 N. Stafford Street.
- Starbucks will offer one free hot or iced coffee, size tall, for veterans, active duty military members and military spouses. Multiple locations.
Free services and discounts
- Mr Wash Car Wash will offer free exterior signature car washes to all veterans, active duty military members and military spouses at all locations, from Nov. 9-Nov. 11. 4148 S. Four Mile Run Drive and 101 N. Glebe Road.
- Regal Cinemas is partnering with the Gary Sinise Foundation to offer armed service members free movie tickets for Monday screenings of military films, “Lonesome Soldier” and “The Real American.” Admission is $5 for non-service members. Some proceeds from popcorn sales will be donated to the Gary Sinise Foundation. 671 N. Glebe Road.
- Target is offering 10% off two qualifying purchases to veterans and active duty military members, now through Veterans Day. New subscribers of Target’s Circle 360 delivery service may also receive $50 in Target Circle rewards, now through Veterans Day. Military status verification is required. Multiple locations.
- Walgreens stores will offer 20% off eligible store items to veterans, active duty military members and their families. Proof of service is required. This offer is valid from Nov. 8-11. Multiple locations.
