Adoptable Pet of the Week: Igor

Meet fluffy Igor, the newest Adoptable Pet of the Week!

This black kitty is up for adoption through the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.

His friends had a few words to say about him:

He can be a little shy around new people so he would do well with someone willing to be patient and help him continue to come out of his shell and to work on his manners.

He will quickly wiggle, plop, and chirp his way into your heart. Once he decides you’re okay, he’ll be all over you — rubbing on your legs, jumping in your lap, and giving kisses. He likes pets most of the time, but still occasionally find hands a little scary.

Igor LOVES to play. He’d play with you 24/7 if he could. His favorites are balls, mice, and springs. Or really anything he can chase after and bat around.

He does forget that human fingers and toes aren’t toys. So he sometimes needs help directing his energy in the right place. When he’s not going after toes, Igor is an incredibly sweet little guy that will keep you amused with his antics and cute expressions.

Igor must be the perfect match for you! To learn more about Igor, you can read his entire profile.
