Bob, a black kitten at the Animal Welfare League of Arlington (AWLA), is brand new to the world and a little unsure about all of this.
According to the AWLA, Bob is a young black cat — less than a year old — looking for adoption.
“Bob is still getting the hang of things, but with a little patience and understanding, he’s starting to warm up to the idea of affection,” the AWLA said. “His favorite pastime? Watching the world from a safe distance with his favorite snack.”
The AWLA said that once he feels comfortable, though, Bob can warm up to head scratches or even a cuddle.
“But don’t let his cautious nature fool you once he feels comfortable, Bob will be the first to initiate head scratches and maybe even a cuddle or two,” the AWLA said. “Give him the time he needs, and you’ll find a loyal friend who’s worth the wait.”
Anyone interested in adopting Bob can visit him during the shelter’s adoption hours.
