Virginia Beer and Wine Festival returning to Crystal City next month

An annual celebration of local wines and beers is returning to Crystal City for its second year next month.

The Virginia Beer and Wine Festival is coming to Water Park from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, September 27. The event will feature live music, lawn games and refreshments from several Virginia-based vendors.

Drink tickets are $5

  • Libations will be available from local makers like Loudoun-based Honor Brewing and Solace Brewing Company, Fairfax County-based Bunnyman Brewing and D.C.-based Chacho Tequila.
  • Drink tickets will go for $5 each. Guests who reserve a spot for free on Eventbrite will receive one complimentary drink ticket.
  • The event will also feature custom engraving on pints and wine glasses for $10 each.

There will be activities for kids

  • Lawn games, a photo booth and face painting are expected to run throughout the afternoon.
  • Artists will be on site performing live music, with a lineup still to come.
