Arlington County police are looking for four suspects in the early morning baseball bat beating of two men.
The incident happened early Sunday in the Pentagon City area, while “the two male victims were inside a residence with the two female suspects.”
“Two male suspects approached from a room inside the home and demanded the victims’ personal belongings,” according to the latest ACPD crime report, below. The victims were allegedly beaten after refusing to hand over their belongings.
MALICIOUS WOUNDING (late), 2026-02150133, 1400 block of S. Eads Street. At approximately 4:32 p.m. on February 15, police were dispatched to the police station for the late report of an assault. The reporting party stated at approximately 3:00 a.m., the two male victims were inside a residence with the two female suspects, during which the two male suspects approached from a room inside the home and demanded the victims’ personal belongings. The victims refused and the male suspects stole one victim’s jacket before striking the victims with baseball bats and threatening them with a machete. The victims then exited the residence. They sustained serious, non-life threatening injuries and subsequently self-reported to a hospital.
Also in the crime report, a pair of Arlington residents are facing assault on police and other charges after separate incidents Sunday and Monday afternoon.

ASSAULT ON POLICE, 2026-02160119, 3800 block of 7th Street N. At approximately 4:29 p.m. on February 16, police and fire were dispatched to the report of an intoxicated individual and made contact with the male suspect inside a residence. The suspect became agitated, did not cooperate with medics and blocked the public safety personnel from exiting the apartment. The suspect then became aggressive towards medics and the officer intervened by attempting to detain him. The suspect was noncompliant, struck the officer and attempted to disarm the officer of his firearm. With the assistance of additional responding officers, the suspect was taken into custody. No injuries were reported. [The suspect], 50, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Assault on Police, Assault and Battery (x2), Attempted Disarming of a Law Enforcement Officer, Abduction and Obstruction of Justice. He was held without bond.
ASSAULT ON POLICE, 2026-02150109, 3200 block of Columbia Pike. At approximately 2:20 p.m. on February 15, police were dispatched to the report of a larceny. Upon arrival, it was determined the female suspect allegedly received beauty services at the business and exited without payment. A responding officer located the suspect walking in the area and took her into custody during which she struck the officer. No injuries were reported. [The suspect], 41, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Assault on Police, Petit Larceny and Public Intoxication. She was held without bond.
In another notable incident Sunday, a trio of suspects backed a car into the glass door of a business in Rosslyn as part of an early morning burglary.
Tools were stolen, police say.
BURGLARY (late), 2026-02150055, 1800 block of Fort Myer Drive. At approximately 7:15 a.m. on February 15, police were dispatched to the late report of a burglary. It was determined at approximately 3:02 a.m., the three male suspects forced entry into the closed business by backing a vehicle into the business’ door, shattering the glass. Two of the suspects then entered the business, stole tools and all three suspects fled the scene in the vehicle, described as a gray sedan.
