We’re staying up later to serve our customers and our community.
Starting this week, ARLnow is expanding our regular hours for advertiser, Press Club and public notice customer service, as well as hours for comment moderation. (All three are now handled by the same two-person team, which also serves our other owned-and-operated and partner sites.)
On most weeks, our business hours will now be:
- Sunday: 3-11 p.m.
- Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m.-11 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
This means faster answers for clients and members who need help, plus more hours in which we’re able to manually review comments flagged by users and by our automated moderation system.
