Arlington County police are investigating a threat of violence against a preschool in the Rosslyn area.
The threat was phoned in to The Gardner School at 1717 Clarendon Blvd by an unknown male caller just before 2:45 p.m., according to a police dispatch. It’s unclear whether the threat was potentially credible or a hoax.
“Police are on scene investigating the credibility of the threat and are assisting with dismissal,” ACPD said via social media at 3:30 p.m. “No evidence of a crime has been located at this time.”
The Gardner School is an “academically focused preschool” with locations across the country.
